The location was excellent, especially for Amtrak travelers like us! The room was very clean, and the bed/pillows were perfect for a good night's sleep. I appreciated the well-equipped kitchenette, which made our family meals easy and enjoyable. The appliances and dishes provided were a nice touch. Additionally, having access to laundry facilities was a big plus for us.

The location is perfect—just a block away from Union Station! Wonderful staff made check-in easy, even holding my luggage as I explored.

Friendly and accommodating staff.

I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the bathroom. There were obvious mold spots on the soap dish seams and the shower curtain was too short, causing water to spill onto the floor. Additionally, the instructions on how to access the lobby were unclear, leaving us wandering outside searching for an entrance.

I loved the clean and modern decor throughout, which made me feel safe and comfortable. The staff were exceptionally welcoming and helped with my luggage, making it easier for me to navigate the hotel as a senior guest.
